The St. Michaels Pool membership initation fee is $1000 (reduced to $800 for the first 100 members)
          ~The annual fee for St. Michaels residents is $280
          ~The annual fee for non-residents is $475

a 5-visit Punch Pass is available at a fee of $25 for Adults, and $15 for Children. Limit one Punch Pass per year, per customer.

OPEN SWIM

The pool will open on May 25, 12:00 to 6:00

Pool hours Monday thru Thursday 12:00 to 7:00, Friday 12:00 to 6:00

Weekends and Holidays 11:00 to 7:00

Members guest fee 18 years and up, $3.00; under 18 years, $2.00 must be accompanied by a St. Michaels resident

ST. MICHAELS POOL RULES

  1. The Lifeguards are in charge and have full authority to enforce all rules, both written and unwritten.
  2. No diving is allowed.
  3. Running, boisterous or rough play, pushing and excessive splashing is not permitted.
  4. Profanity, improper or vulgar remarks are prohibited.
  5. Children are required to pass a swim test before the are allowed to come to the pool without an adult. Children under the age of eleven (11), who have not passed the swim test, must be accompanied with an adult resident (18 years or older) at all times. Infants and toddlers are required to wear swim diapers.
  6. Flotation devices and noodles will be allowed in the pool when the pools bather load permits, please observe the following guide lines. A. Parent must be with in an arms length of a child in a flotation device at all times. B. No inflated truck or tractor tires also no large rafts, kayaks or canoes.
  7. “Adult Swim” will be called once each hour for at least ten (10) minutes. Only adults eighteen (18) years of age and older are allowed in the pool during “Adult Swim”.
  8. Lifeguard stands are off limits. Refrain from speaking to or distracting lifeguards.
  9. There are no rocks, tennis balls, golf balls, squirt guns or glass containers allowed in the pool area.
  10. No pets, bicycles, skateboards or roller blades are allowed inside the pool area.
  11. No smoking in pool area.
  12. No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs is allowed in the pool area.

WADING POOL

The wading pool is not guarded. Parents must watch and are responsible for children in the wading pool. Infants and toddlers are required to wear swim diapers

Anyone not adhering to rules and regulations is liable to eviction form the pool premises, and the continual failure to comply may result in the withdrawal of pool privileges. The management has charged the Manager of the pool and Staff with the responsibility of maintaining the safety, orderliness and cleanliness of the pool, and had authorized them to enforce the above rules and to apply or extend them as deemed necessary in the best interest of the majority of the membership.

SWIM LESSONS

8 sessions of swim lessons will be held this summer. All lessons are Monday through Friday except for private lessons which will be four days a week. All classes offered are levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or beginner to swimmer. Classes will be held at 10:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Sign up will be held at the pool anytime during pool hours the week prior to the beginning date of each session. There will be a $15.00 fee per child for a one week session. We will have three 1 week sessions for private and semi private lessons. Cost for private lessons is $25.00 and $30.00 for semi private lessons. Private lessons will be half hour lessons 4 days a session Payment is due when you sign-up. If payment is not made at this time your child will not be in the class.

SWIM TEAM

Any member’s child may join the swim team. Swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool. Practice will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30am. Practice times will vary by age. The first practice will be Monday June 4. Cost for swim team will be $55 per swimmer for the summer.

ADULT LAP SWIM

There will be one to two lanes open for adult lap swim from 7:30 a.m. until noon week- days and upon request during open swim should the crowd allow.

WATER AEROBICS

One hour water aerobics classes will be available during the summer time and dates to be set after the pool opens.

Swim lessons, swim team, water aerobics and adult lap swim are for St .Michael’s members only.
